Should now work on OS X & Windows w/recent Nim
Fix a few bugs to make things work on OS X & Windows (at least with recent nim-devel and soon to be released Nim-1.6.12). Some curious 3rd party could probably now benchmark building an index against the original C# implementation.
Silence some warnings; update dep vsns
Deprecated delete overload and LineTooLong.
Update Nim requirements to more recent.
Modernization of Nim code
Various cross Nim portability enhancements (where {.packed.} pragma goes, nimPreviewSlimSystem, etc.) and a variety of updates to the main document README (in particular the Mor & Fraenkel 1982 reference which introduced this idea, not Garbe).
Sync with `.nimble` file
Should have fixed that first.
Has not changed in forever
This release is just to give this package a version tag, more or less.
