Just a tiny reorganization of contents to better reflect the projects deprecated status/make the migration instructions slightly more obvious.
I discovered I still had a .multirust folder today when looking for some rust docs. I guess I installed rustup on this computer before rustup would remove multirust on its own. I figured I'd try to make the job a tiny bit clearer for the next guy in this position.
