DynaStandard updated to V1.1.0

Added ability of adding custom package locations into dynamo setting info.
Added ability to force rerun of nodes via extension if nodes have been renamed with a prefix of *ForceUpdate.
Added the ability of placing python nodes into script that can aid force rerun when no DynaStandard is installed.
Python selectors have been changed from "forms" to "WPF" windows to help them be more dynamically and user friend.
Fixed a bug where windows usernames with a dot would break paths to templates.
Fixed a bug where if you start a custom node and was using manual run setting changer it will crash
out dynamo.

Tiny Readme update

Update mainly includes read me change to include information about & special character in xml settings file and how to get around this.
