Performance degrade may be happening if I subscribe to lot of channels & publishers

Description

Found while testing #35659. After adding few popular sites to Brave news, adding Channels and with Top sources added by default, News feeds break by showing page unresponsive message when switched between channels, publishers etc. And when tried to refresh the page, nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.72.93
2. launch Brave
3. enable news
4. add few popular publishing sources (eg. CNN, U.S. News & World Report, The New York Times)
5. add few channels
6. click CNN, U.S. News & World Report
7. switch between Channels, Publishers, For you etc..

Actual result

Page unresponsive message shown or page doesn't refresh, blank news cards shown etc.
