Description:

Allow users in the EU running iOS 17.4 to install third-party app stores via Brave. Note: This requires an entitlement from Apple and that entitlement has only been granted to the Release channel bundle ID (granted differently than the default browser entitlement, so cannot be applied to Beta/Nightly)
