This project is mainly focused on the salaries for a variety of STEM field jobs and the internal factors that influence them.
Data visualizations, data transformation, and handeling missing values has been processed in this project. Models including Multiple Linear Regression, Stepwise Regression, and Random Forest has been constructed to evaluate the influence of each factors. Statistical Analysis such as F-test of Regression Effect, T-test for Standardized Regression, and Pairwise Two Sample T-tests for factors: education, race and gender has been conducted for the model. An Interpretation, Conclusion and Limitation also included at the end of the project.
