* Remove env.sh * start using lnd_server_ltc * update boltz.conf, scripts, etc. everything related to test. * bump lnd version.
* Specify TreatWarningAsErrors build option in NLoop.Server
* Simply for more strict development.
* More strict checking for Querying the route in LoopOut.
* If the user specified the OutgoingChanIds, we must query specifially
for those channels.
