This is not a thorough edit. It's merely a quick touch-up of wording that I found particularly confusing as I sought to better understand the DAO.

The goal here was not to fix typos or make it look pretty. Instead I focused on items that impeded my understanding of the DAO the first few times I read it.
I could do a more thorough edit in the future if/when we think it's worth the time.
