fix(lint/useJsxKeyInIterable): handle ternaries properly

This is a continuation of #2667, and as such fixes somethings related to #2590.

Specifically, it handles ternaries in expressions like this:

<>{data.map(a => a > 4 ? <h1 key={a}>{a}</h1> : <h2 key={a}>{a}</h2>)}</>
