This is not something that is intended to be merged (thus I'm making it a Draft PR). For one thing I originally branched this off the Runestone fork of CSAwesome so it started out a bit behind the times. But most of what's here is net new, scripts and xsl files that automate most of the fixing that needs to happen to at least get a pretext version out that can get through
pretext buildwith errors. No idea if it produces anything at all like the book anyone would want but it's a start. SeeREADME_PRETEXT.mdfor more details about what's going on here.
