As described in #111 (comment) , we need to find a new word to fix the confusion on:

Service Pair
Service Error
Service Metadata
Storage Service Metadata
Object Service Metadata
...

Possible Options

regional
local
localized
domestic
system

@JinnyYi , can you start a new GSP to finish the job?

We need to:

Rename Object.serviceMetadata to Object.systemMetadata
Update comments about service pairs and so on.
