#5817: derive_bundle macro is not hygienic (#5835)

# Objective
- Fixes #5817.
- Removes std::vec::Vec ambiguities in derive_bundle macro

## Solution
Prepend :: to standard library full Vec qualified type name (::std::vec::Vec)
