This dataset contains genus level interactions established in an ecological community network from eDNA samples focusing on the 16S and CO1 marker communities.

Samples of soil, sand and sediment for eDNA analysis were collected at Pillar Point in northern California on three days: February 8, 2017, April 29, 2017 and April 30, 2017.
