Adding an sftp replica type would allow users to backup to services like rsync.net or another server that's running SSH. This can be completed after the Replica refactor (#135).

This would be nice to have so I don't have to mount a network volume in order to copy the data to my backup server.

I added the SFTP replica via #201 and I'll add some documentation for it before the release.
