Optimize glyph for Greek Capital Sho (Ϸ).

This basically unifies the bowl size of Capital Sho with Phi/Ef (Latin Thorn is unchanged). It also optimizes the bowl radius of Cyrillic Ef to match other bowled letters, but the change is only really visible under Etoile under heavier weights (shown below at the end).
