Thanks for catching this. I'm fairly certain a few fields also need to be #cdata instead of #text as well. I'm working on jsonfeed-to-rss currently, in order to better support iTunes podcast feeds and the extensions used there. I'll back port the discoveries made there to this when I'm finished.
