This is a tracking issue for releasing beta versions of JSON clients

Describe the solution you'd like

• Ensure that all clients released in alpha are working (tracking issue Tracking issue for releasing alpha versions of clients  #675) using manual and integration testing in smithy-codegen branch
• perform dryRun release for clients from smithy-codegen branch
• "Rebase and Merge" smithy-codegen to master (PR similar to feat: merge smithy-codegen to master #676)
• perform release for clients from master branch
