This is a tracking issue for releasing alpha versions of JSON clients

Describe the solution you'd like

  • perform dryRun release for clients from smithy-codegen branch
  • perform release for clients from smithy-codegen branch under alpha tag

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently using clients from within the repository
