Parrot v0.9-alpha

Almost at a v1.0 release - there have been lots of changes:

• Send multiple media types now including uploaded files.
• Preferences (mostly) work again.
• Better XPC and Service protocol API.
• Use parrotd for more things now - but not for all message passing.
• Add string message formatting (similar to markdown).
• Create conversations.
• Drag & Drop support for select views and item types.
• Share and Action extensions work.
• Better GVoice and Group support.
• Message sound support (and restored conversation background/etc stuff).
• HUGE Internal API CHANGES.

EDIT: The release has been updated to fix two critical bugs.
