This only changes license under
cratesandshared, I'd appreciate help withdomainsandtest.There are just a few files that contain substantial amount of code derived from Substrate that retain Parity's copyright and corresponding original license. Everything else is 0BSD now.
I confirmed with Kelly from Supranational on Slack that they have no objections about changing license of GPU code they wrote for us.
