One major issue with the current hub is that it functions as an experimentation area,
where proposing significant changes is seen as normal.
Another concern is the reluctance to establish new experimental zones. Embracing
this concept should become instinctive, as it is one of the advantages of IBC.
(Perhaps Decentralists/ignite-CLI teams could enable the creation and analysis of experimentation zones.)
