Also?

Disables updater-related tooling, including install receipt creation
Forces a flat installation layout, installing all files into a single directory

(from their release notes)

This will break uv self update right?

The use of `UV_UNMANAGED_INSTALL` will also disable self-updates (via `uv self update`).
