When a Resource Instance or Resource Instance List value is deleted from a resource, the value is removed from the tile, but the resource_x_resource row is not deleted.

Found in: Arches Core 7.6.4

Just to confirm, the resource_x_resource record persists when the value is removed from the node, but is deleted when the entire tile is deleted. Is that right?
