• Greatly simplified, a lot of old sections from the project this was forked off have been removed.
• This ehi-bootstrap-playbook now has a companion ehi-awx-resources playbook that defines all the assets and resources defines that will be on-top of AWX. Neatly the ehi-bootstrap playbook only prepares the AWX setup to run ehi-awx-resources, then that job template is launched and AWX Resources builds (or re-builds) everything else. This will hopefully allow for more rapid development of this AWX system.
• Lot's of other minor changes and documentation updates.
