Initial release with DOI and data in CSV format

This release updates the initial release, with code for having a doi, and includes data in CSV format.

DOI code release

This code calculates ECS for CMIP6 models from one data repository. This release was created on 16 October 2019. It ran on the NCAR CGD computer system, which has a mirror of the ETH CMIP6 database.
