title not shown on favorited charts on user profile

On the profile page (/superset/profile/michelle_thomas/) favorited charts show the creator and the date it was favorited, but does not show the title. This prevents users from clicking to go to the actual chart (or seeing what chart they favorited).

• I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset
• I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar

Expected results

Page should show title, creator, and favorited date

Page show only creator, and favorited date

Favorite a chart and go to profile page.
