admin.examineTopicStatsreturn partly queue when read and write queues are inconsistentSteps to Reproduce
Adjust the number of read queues to be greater than the number of write queues.
What Did You Expect to See?
Return only writable queues
What Did You See Instead?
Should return full queue's info.
