remove unused RecordTransform/RecordFilter classes

these classes were used as part of the segment processing framework (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-e_9aHQB4HXS38ONtofdxNvMsGmAoYfSnc2LP88MbIc/edit#heading=h.ths3qhhyyy7w) but this portion (record filtering/record transform) were moved to reuse the existing ingestion code and therefore this is unused
