A new version of Jinja, 2.10.1 was released and addresses a security vulnerability in Jinja's SanboxedEnvironment, and is tracked by CVE-2019-10906.
It doesn't seem like the vulnerability can be exploited in the context of Molecule, but automatic version checks (e.g. GitHub's Dependency graph) will alert on the vulnerable version of Jinja (2.10.1). The version of Jinja used by molecule is locked in https://github.com/ansible/molecule/blob/master/setup.cfg#L80
