The upgrade wizard will stlil appear on any startup if you have no collection.anki2 file and at least one old .anki file in the AnkiDroid directory. There is also a menu option to manually trigger the wizard.

Ensure the deck upgrade wizard doesn't show up when AnkiDroid is upgraded and you still have .anki files in the AnkiDroid directory. Also do a database check when AnkiDroid is upgraded.
I combined these commits into one pull request since the second one replaces the block in the first one.
