This PR adds support for RxJava 2 as a new module into the repository. Using the existing
rxdnssdmodule, all API and unit tests have been ported to their respective RxJava 2 method. In the process of doing so, this newrx2dnssdmodule has been migrated to Java 8 syntax. Any class prefixed withRx*has been renamed toRx2*.The coordinates for this module would be:
