Seems to be a first fully functional version.

Provides open corpora_update utility, which loads xml index from opencorpora.org and compiles it into binary form.
Package could use this compiled index to provide search word tag sets&

Some facts:

• compiled index has size about 75M,
• index load looks about 10-12 seconds
• tag set search durations depends on word length, from ~10ns upto 1-2ms for very long words.
