This is so that Speedcurve's real user metrics service called LUX can load an image beacon.

What
Adds
lux.speedcurve.comto the img-src content security policy allow list.Needed for alphagov/static#2445 to work.
Why
This will allow Speedcurve's real user metrics service, called LUX, to load an image beacon that will send real user metrics back to the service.
