Ran some automations to fix rubocop. Fix some assertions which were testing the wrong objects due to variable declarations.
These tests were ignored after some asset migration features were removed and updated to raise an exception instead to catch legacy implementations. This means these tests are essentially out of date and useless. Deleting.

A newer version of rubocop-govuk exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
