Creating and renewing

This regards the management site behaviour when directly creating (aka registering aka joining) or renewing a member.

Creating with duplicate email

On the "Register New Member" page, if the new member has the same address as an existing member (in the spreadsheet), instead of creating a new row the existing row will be updated with the given member info and renewal date.
