Fixed a problem where the play speed was reset to normal at the beginning of the next file regardless of the setting of the pot. Also added a file that played long enough to exercise the SampleRateHC file and documented it.
Without this change, you had to create your own 16 bit 22kHZ file long enough to play through multiple buffers. The samples included with the library weren't long enough so I stiched together the scale samples into one clip.
I found this problem while vetting my change for issue #3 with SoftVolume. I pulled out this change to a separate PR.
