Deploy excludes (#362)

* Exclude directories from the deploy artifact.

* Exclude `/scripts` directory
* Exclude `/patches` directory
* Exclude `/tmp` directory

* Undo adding /scripts directory

Realizing this is a remnant of the pre-composer acquia/blt.
