Allows for importing math now I guess also the update thing should be fully fixed.

healing now takes less money
slowed down police lights

launcher.pyz on this release is missing a critical file that causes the updater to fail. Don't use this one. Thanks.

Fixed Exploits, Docs, etc

Major Update #1!
Bandits and Police have been differentiated in the Docs. Bandits are an event, Police are not.
Negative MPG fix through.
