Contains of two Datasets:

1. Chest CT dataset

2. Chest X-Ray Dataset

1. Chest CT Dataset:

The dataset put forward is a subset of the Covid-CT-SET used in the Publication: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bspc.2021.102588. It can also be obtained from the author's Drive link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xdk-mCkxCDNwsMAk2SGv203rY1mrbnPB?usp=sharing

The subset has labelled preprocessed images of CT SCANS to be used for analysis for COVID-19 Detection. The metadata.csv file inside the Chest CT Dataset folder contains of the labels of the data correspondingly.

2. Chest X-Ray Dataset:

The dataset is a subset of the Covidx dataset proposed as a benchmark dataset, for COVID-19 analysis from X-rays. It has been proposed bt the authors of https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-76550-z. The dataset has been assembled using 4 sources:

The covid and normal paitent X-rays have been extracted and details are provided in metadata format. The folder has 2 subfolders, processed_file, and processed_file_2. Details_1 is the metadata for processed and details_2 for processed_file_2. 1 represemts Covid positive and vice versa in reults
