This is in my list of to-dos. I am still ironing out bugs with drag and drop - once it reliably works in live montage, I'll also apply it to event montage

closing this for now - I'm not allowing save/restore of monitor sizes - its too complicated for event montage as the monitor ID can change depending on time span
