Blurred Image Loader is a simple utility to load and display images with a customizable blur effect. It includes a scale function and utilzes an if statement to control the loading process.

Clone the repository onto you local machine and include the HTML, CSS, JS files for htis project.
Client wanted to see different options for includeing a loading page to the landing page in order to create a unique UX. Project was created as an mock up for a proposed example.
