Everything is working as expected for me. Colors load and their values are updated dynamically with global styles.

What?
This is a follow-up to #65692.
PR avoids using state/effect combo when generating/deriving example values in the Style Book and swaps it with the
useMemo
hook.Why?
The similar patterns are more suited for memoization hooks. Ref: https://x.com/sophiebits/status/1293710971274289152.
P.S. I'm sure there's also an example in React docs, but I can't find it now.
