What?
This PR changes text boxes and buttons to a new 40px default size in Custom Templates / Template Parts / Pages modals.
Why?
To ensure consistency with the pattern creation modal.
Testing Instructions
Check the modal that is displayed when you press the "Add New Template", "Create template part", and "Add new page" buttons in the Site Editor.
