Until we have new descriptions though, maybe we should add the Tooltip? It's not a good example for someone to do, but users can create custom templates with any name(identical to existing one or close enough) that could cause some confusion.. No strong opinion here though.. In the other PR we have a different list of items. |

For me that's a separate issue:
I don't think this is urgent though, and can wait until the longer descriptions land. |

What?
Similar to #48710. This PR removes the template descriptions in the manage template list, in preparation for the upcoming longer descriptions.
Why?
With longer descriptions the table gets a bit out of hand. Here's a simulation:

Removed a line of code :)
I considered moving the description to a tooltip, but since this view is more about management / bulk actions it didn't seem important to include the full description. That detail can be gathered whilst editing the template, or from the template details panel.

In the Site Editor, open the template management list. There should be no visible descriptions:
