Unfortunately it seems so... These tests are intermittent and there is no stable solution yet. I think it's okay to merge this one.

I'm going to try to restart them one more time and then take a look.

The failing tests are related to native Android and iOS, and appear unrelated to this PR. Because this is a good regression fix to get in, I'm going to merge despite the failing tests, and will be on deck for any followup I need to do.
