What problem does this address?

Following up on merged PR #69009, it was noted that the message text could benefit from enhanced styling. The current text display could be improved.

What is your proposed solution?

Enhance text styling by:

  • Center-align the message text
  • Increase text size

Note that accessibility concerns have been raised regarding centering text. See #67730.

This text will first ship in WP 6.8. Just in case, let's add this issue to the project board to see if there’s any room for improvement.
