Multiple VSX optimizations and cleanup of this part of the code, microbenchmarks report more than 100% performance gain in the modules Noodle/Shufti/Vermicelli/Truffle and a nice 10-20% in general hsbench runs. Still a lot of work to reach current Intel/Arm performance but much better than before.
