• Upgrade nise, @​sinonjs/formatio, @​sinonjs/samsam and @​sinonjs/referee
• Update lolex and nise to get new async timer methods (see https://github.com/sinonjs/lolex/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md)
• Remove sinon.spyCall
• Remove sinon.sandbox.create
• Remove obsolete deprecated.printWarning stubbing from test
