Describe the Bug

The FAPE TMA fixes are commented out in TopSkyMaps.txt

To Reproduce

Open TopSkyMaps.txt

Expected Behavior

There is no reason why these lines should be commented out. This is preventing the fixes from rendering on the ASD.
