Request from cooperator:

Modification of the workbench to turn it into a more robust way of querying the database and to provide a way of exporting the result set to csv.

This issue is to add the ability to view the results in a printer-friendly or easy to export to CSV report.
We will add other issues to handle "more robust way of querying the database" portion of that request.
